Marinara sauce,fleshy steak
30 ml olive ( olive oil)
4 onion , cuts in two
( 400g) Italian tomato ( can be bought in supermarket)

For Steak
2 @ 200 g flesh sirloin cutting steak
30 ml olive
1/2 green paprika , its sheed exhaust and smooth slice

100 g mushroom champignon, sliced
120 ml fleshy broth
240 ml marinara sauce
salt and black pepper powder sufficiently
1. Create marinara sauce beforehand : heats oil, fried garlic so fragrance, enters tomato which has in breaking and the gist, adds 1/4 klg ( as measure) water. Bacillus berry, oregano, salt, and merica. Braises with small fire so viscid during 20-30 minutes, casts aside.

3. Lifts flesh and puts down above serve saucer . Braises no2 sauce is remaining during 2 minute or rather viscid finite, then is sprinkled above the steak, serves.
